<p>One such example is the spoken web system, which allows villagers can create a &#8220;voice-site&#8221; (similar to a website) which other people can access via a mobile phone. For example, a plumber could advertise his services on a &#8220;voice site&#8221;, others could access his site via a mobile phone at any time, and ring him for his services.</p>
